Sadistic Ookami Shoujo [First Name]-sama.
in light of everything going on in the crabstickz/kickthestickz fandom right now i thought that some things needed to be said.
once again I am not against RPF or shipping real people in any way, in fact I ship a few real people myself and have read the odd RPF.
I just think that a lot of people go too far without realising it and it makes everyone uncomfortable. so this happened.
I cannot believe this thread is still active holy living shit
The Landover Baptist Church is a fictional Baptist church based in the fictional town of Freehold, Iowa. The Landover Baptist web site and its associated Landoverbaptist.net Forum are a satire of fundamentalist Christianity and the Religious Right in the United States.
Just putting that out there, in case people think it might be real…
one of the worst things about becoming educated on social issues is when people are like ‘you used to have a sense of humor’
no i used to have internalized prejudices which i’ve worked really hard to overcome and i realize now that your jokes are shitty
popsongnation said: UGH EXACTLY like, no google that isn’t how you market a social network GO AWAY
Exactly. They’ve been trying to jump onto the facebook bandwagon for ages now, but no amount of forcing will help them. It’s too late to try and overpower facebook by now anyway. And they think they gain more users if they force them to?
I swear youtube is getting more and more ugly. I’m close to just bookmarking all the people I’m subscribed to and deleting my whole account.
I don’t want your fucking google+, no matter how many fucking times you ask me and especially not if you force me to make a google+ account to use the fucking comment function.
Today Google celebrates Shakuntala Devi’s 84th birthday. She was popularly known as the “Human Computer”, was a child prodigy, and mental calculator. She passed away on April 21 2013, she was 83 years old. Her achievements include:
- In 1977 in the USA she competed with a computer to see who could calculate the cube root of 188,132,517 faster (she won). That same year, at the Southern Methodist University she was asked to give the 23rd root of a 201-digit number; she answered in 50 seconds. Her answer—546,372,891—was confirmed by calculations done at the U.S. Bureau of Standards by the Univac 1101 computer, for which a special program had to be written to perform such a large calculation.
- On June 18, 1980, she demonstrated the multiplication of two 13-digit numbers 7,686,369,774,870 × 2,465,099,745,779 picked at random by the Computer Department of Imperial College, London. She correctly answered 18,947,668,177,995,426,462,773,730 in 28 seconds. This event is mentioned in the 1982 Guinness Book of Records.
Happy birthday Shakuntala!
Why am I laughing so much about this.
Also, I just want to point out that No Shave November was originally supposed to bring awareness to prostate cancer. And now, it’s generally accepted as a cancer awareness program specifically focused on cancers that primarily affect men.
So when women try to participate,…
(Though I have to add that men can get breast cancer too. But that still doesn’t justify how women are treated in this.)
